Henry's yoyos have been a favorite for players who like precision German engineering for years. But as metal yoyos started to take over the market and non-responsive yoyos became the big trend for advanced players, Henry's didn't have much to offer.

With the Henry's M1 yoyo, that has all changed. This aluminum model has all of the features that players are looking for in a pro level unresponsive yoyo. It has a silicone response system (which they call the Gecko pad system), and a wide, unresponsive bearing that does not wake up when you tug on the string. You will need to learn how to do a bind trick to make this yoyo wake up.

It has a diameter that is 55 mm, which is just a touch smaller than some yoyo models, and feels great in your hand. The M1 uses a D bearing, which is a wide, oversized bearing.

If you are buying a yoyo, don't forget to buy a yo-yo trick book to carry with you, a yoyo trick DVD for at home, and extra yoyo strings. Learning new tricks makes yoyoing much more fun, and you'll need extra strings, because they wear out with regular use.
