WE SHIP FAST! Orders placed on or before December 20th should make it before Christmas day.

Most of our orders ship out the same day on Monday through Friday, if the post office is open. (Learn all the details below.)

Shipping Schedule

If you place your order before 1 p.m. EST, we typically ship the same day. This does not include weekends or shipping holidays. Your order could be delayed by out of stock items, but you will be notified quickly by phone or email if this is ever the case. So be sure to give us a contact email and phone number where you can actually be reached to avoid any delays! We update our site regularly to make sure items listed on the site are in stock, and you can also email to check for availability.

Shipping methods We typically ship orders under 2 lbs by US priority mail or first class mail, unless you select Overnight or 2nd day shipping. Packages over 2 lbs typically ship UPS ground, so please do not submit a PO Box address when choosing express. Delivery times range from 1 to 8 business days. Please allow an extra 2 or 3 days for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

Expedited Shipping to 48 contiguous states Overnight and 2nd day packages ship via USPS Express. The US Postal Service does not pick up on Saturday or Sunday. Please note that if you place an order for overnight or 2nd day delivery on Friday after 1pm EST it will not ship until Monday. Fedex/UPS also does not deliver on weekends. For example if you place an order for 2nd day and it ships Thursday afternoon it will not be delivered until Monday. The same situation applies to overnight packages that ship on Friday afternoons. 

Please report any shipping damages within 24 hours of your receipt of the order, or we will be unable to exchange the item. You must obtain an approval code to return an item that is damaged.

Return Policy

All sales from are intended to be final. It is one way we can keep our prices as low as we do. However, customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Within 30 days after purchase, will happily issue a refund for the purchase price or exchange an item provided the following conditions are met.

1. Customer has emailed for a return approval code.
2. The item and all parts are in mint, unused condition. 
3. The item is returned with the original customer receipt.
4. The item is returned in all factory packaging, intact, with all paperwork (manuals, inserts, etc.) and all parts (if any). If the yoyo is used and the axle gets stripped when being screwed back together it is not eligible for return. 

Please make sure each of the conditions are met, as we can not guarantee a refund if they are not, or if an item is returned without an approval code. After 30 days, all factory defects should be handled directly with the manufacturer. If the manufacturer finds the item to be defective - within its warranty period - they will replace the item for the cost of shipping. does not handle warranty claims or represent the purchaser or manufacturer in said claims. Please understand, yo-yos that are broken through rough play or abuse can not be replaced at any time. This includes stripped axles, housings (yo halves), or nuts. These are ONLY a result of user error, and are NOT a manufacturing (warranty) issue. We have replacement parts available for a charge -- see our parts and accessories page, or email us. Please take care when (and accept the responsibility for) taking apart, and reassembling your yoyo!

International Orders

International orders are shipped in as timely a manner as domestic orders, but can take up to 30 days to arrive. This is rare, and most orders are received in 10-14 days from the time they are placed. Delays are most often caused by your countries import/ customs/ duty/ post office(s), and are out of our control. We will investigate missing international orders after 30 calendar days of the ship date. 

Packages delivered outside the USA may incur customs or import taxes. We have no control over whether your country will charge customs or import taxes when the package reaches your country. We write on customs forms what is inside each package as well as the cost of your order. The person who receives the order is responsible for paying all costs associated with moving their package through their customs or import tax system, and we cannot make refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these costs. We recommend that you contact your local customs or import office for further information on what these charges may be.

Below are the starting shipping fees for international orders. These fees DO NOT include any import fees, taxes, duties, VAT taxes, tips, or any other fees required by your country Please do not ask us to declare any lower amounts on the customs form, or to mark the item as a gift. It is illegal for us to do so.

If the items in an international order are particularly heavy or large, we will notify you in advance that shipping might cost more and give you the chance to accept or cancel.

International shipping charges DO NOT include any import fees, duties, or VAT charges that may be required by your country. It is the ordering party's sole responsibility to check with the ordering country's customs/ import office, or proper government agency to see if any fees may apply to your order.
